Advertising Acceptance
Market Hive SA reserves the right to accept, reject, suspend, or remove advertising at its sole discretion.
Advertising Standards
Advertisements must not contain:
- hate speech
- discrimination
- vulgarity
- nudity
- political campaigning
- misleading claims
- illegal products or services.
Sponsor Recognition
Sponsors may receive promotional benefits according to agreed sponsorship packages. Specific benefits shall be outlined separately in sponsorship agreements.
Content Approval
Market Hive SA reserves the right to request amendments before publication.
Payment
Advertising and sponsorship fees are payable according to agreed terms. Failure to make payment may result in suspension or removal.
No Performance Guarantee
Market Hive SA does not guarantee sales, leads, website traffic, social media engagement, or return on investment.
Reputation Protection
Market Hive SA reserves the right to decline advertising that may negatively impact the reputation or values of the platform.
Policy Amendments and Continued Participation
Market Hive SA reserves the right to amend, update, modify, replace or discontinue this policy at any time, where permitted by applicable law. Any amendments become effective upon publication on the Market Hive SA website or upon notification to users through any reasonable communication channel.
