Vendor Listing Agreement
The terms a vendor accepts when submitting a listing to Market Hive SA.

By submitting a vendor listing, the Vendor agrees that:
Listing Information
- all information provided is accurate;
- information may be displayed publicly;
- information remains the responsibility of the Vendor.
Content Rights
the Vendor confirms they own or have permission to use images, logos, product photographs, and marketing materials submitted to Market Hive SA.
Promotional Use
the Vendor grants Market Hive SA permission to publish listings, share content on social media, feature businesses in articles, and include listings in directories and promotional campaigns.
Independent Business Status
the Vendor remains solely responsible for products, services, pricing, customer interactions, refunds, and legal compliance.
No Performance Guarantee
Market Hive SA does not guarantee sales, leads, orders, event invitations, or business growth.
Removal
Market Hive SA may remove listings that violate policies, become inactive, contain misleading information, or damage community standards.
Policy Amendments and Continued Participation
Market Hive SA reserves the right to amend, update, modify, replace or discontinue this policy at any time, where permitted by applicable law. Any amendments become effective upon publication on the Market Hive SA website or upon notification to users through any reasonable communication channel.
It is the responsibility of users, members, subscribers, vendors, suppliers, service providers, venues, markets, partners and patrons to review the applicable policies periodically. Continued use of the Market Hive SA website, services, directory listings, subscriptions, applications, accounts or participation in the Market Hive SA community following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of such changes and agreement to be bound by the updated terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must discontinue use of the relevant services and may request cancellation of your account or subscription in accordance with the applicable cancellation policies.
