From time to time, Market Hive SA may create and publish complimentary editorial and promotional content featuring Markets, Vendors, Suppliers, Venues, Events, Entertainers, small businesses and other individuals or organisations connected to the South African market community.

By providing information, images, content or permission to Market Hive SA for the purpose of a feature, you acknowledge and agree to these Guidelines.

3. Where featured content may appear
Content created by Market Hive SA may be published or shared through one or more of the following channels:

- Market Hive SA Blog
- Buzz Spotlight features
- Market Hive SA social media pages
- Digital marketing and promotional material
- Newsletters or other communications
- Future Market Hive SA promotional platforms
Content may be reshared or promoted more than once where relevant to the original purpose of promoting the featured business, Market, product, service or event.
4. Permission to feature
Where reasonably possible and appropriate, Market Hive SA will contact a business, Market organiser, Vendor or relevant representative before publishing a dedicated feature.

If you believe that a photograph or piece of content featuring you or your business has been used inappropriately, you may contact Market Hive SA and request that the matter be reviewed.

Market Hive SA (Pty) Ltd recognises the importance of protecting personal information.

This clause does not transfer ownership of images, logos or other material supplied by a featured business to Market Hive SA.
18. No obligation to provide a feature
Market Hive SA reserves the right to decide which businesses, Markets, events or individuals it features.
Contacting Market Hive SA, attending an event, providing information or granting permission does not create an obligation on Market Hive SA to publish or maintain a feature.
Likewise, Market Hive SA may discontinue a feature or promotional activity where reasonably necessary.
19. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable South African law, Market Hive SA (Pty) Ltd will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on, or outcomes associated with, complimentary editorial or promotional features.
Nothing in these Guidelines is intended to exclude or limit any rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable South African law.
20. Governing law
These Featured Content & Permission Guidelines are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Any dispute arising in connection with these Guidelines will be subject to the applicable laws and legal processes of South Africa.
21. Changes to these guidelines
Market Hive SA (Pty) Ltd may update these Featured Content & Permission Guidelines from time to time.
The latest version will be published on the Market Hive SA website.
Continued engagement with Market Hive SA in relation to a feature after publication of updated Guidelines may be subject to the updated version where legally applicable.
