Which listing type is right for me?
There are four kinds of listing, plus venues. Picking the right one first saves you filling in the wrong form. This page takes four minutes and will save you far more.

Step 1: Look at the four buttons
When you start a listing, the first thing you see is a row of buttons. Whichever one you click changes the questions you are asked underneath. Everything else on the form follows from this choice.
Step 2: Match your business to a type
Find the row that sounds like you.
Vendor
You sell things at markets
For example: Food stalls, bakers, crafters, jewellery makers, clothing, plants, candles, coffee carts, artists.
Choose this if: You pack up a stall and sell directly to the public.

You run the market or festival
For example: Weekend farmers markets, night markets, craft fairs, food festivals, school fetes, expos.
Choose this if: You are the organiser. Vendors apply to you, not the other way round.

You supply the traders, not the public
For example: Wholesale ingredients, packaging, gazebos and equipment hire, cold storage, card machines, signage, insurance.
Choose this if: Your customers are vendors, markets and venues rather than shoppers.

For example: Musicians, bands, DJs, MCs, dancers, face painters, kids entertainers, workshops, demonstrations.
Choose this if: Organisers book you to bring people in and keep them there.

A venue is not a fifth button. If you have a space that people hire, you start the Supplier form, and the very first question on it asks whether you are a supplier, a venue, or both. Choose Venue and the form changes to ask about your space instead.

Step 4: Still not sure? Look at real listings
The quickest way to decide is to look at how each directory presents businesses like yours, then pick the one you would want to be found in.
Step 5: Can I have more than one listing?
Yes. One account can hold several listings, and they can be different types. A baker who sells at markets and also hires out her kitchen would have a vendor listing and a venue listing on the same login. Each one appears separately on your dashboard with its own Edit button.
